I lost the love of my life, my high school sweetheart, on June 15, 2017. In a moment of despair, she made the irrational decision to take her life. It’s so sad because she lived a wonderful, rich, and blessed life. So I’m launching this blog to start a conversation on a number topics. First, I want to honor Lynn’s legacy. Second, I want to shine a spotlight on the stigma associated with suicide … and eliminate it. And third, I want to raise awareness about the devastating effects the disease of depression can have on people who suffer with it and those that love them. So I hope this blog makes you cry, makes you laugh, makes you think …and makes you love.
